We collect personal information that you provide to us and information generated when you use our website.

This can include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order and transaction details, customer service messages, marketing preferences and other information you choose to provide.

When you browse our store, we and our service providers may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, cookie or similar identifiers, approximate location, pages and products viewed, referring pages and interactions with the website.

This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, log files and similar technologies.

When you place or begin an order, we collect information needed to process the transaction and deliver your purchase, such as your contact details, billing and shipping information and order details.

Payment information is processed by the payment providers available at checkout. Lyleg generally does not receive or store your full payment card number.

We may use personal information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer care, communicate about purchases, operate and improve our store, personalize the shopping experience, prevent fraud and misuse, comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

If you opt in to marketing, we may also use your contact information to send product updates, educational content and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing messages or by contacting us.

We disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to operate Lyleg and provide our services. Recipients may include Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment and shipping partners, customer service providers, technology vendors, analytics providers and advertising or marketing partners.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to investigate fraud or security issues, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

Lyleg and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the store functioning, remember preferences, understand how the website is used, measure performance and, where permitted, personalize marketing or advertising.

Where required, you can manage non-essential tracking through our cookie banner or privacy choices tools. You can also use browser controls to block or delete cookies, although some store features may not work as intended.

Depending on the technologies and advertising services used on our store, certain disclosures may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising” or similar activity under some privacy laws. Where required, we provide an opt-out method.

We may use your general location or information you provide to display relevant store settings, currencies, shipping options or content. Service providers may assist with these functions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, and in some jurisdictions rights to restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable privacy law.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights, which can include rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising activities.

The rights available to you depend on the law that applies where you live.

If European data protection law applies, the legal basis for processing depends on the purpose. We may process information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting our business, because we need to comply with a legal obligation, or because you have given consent where consent is required.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Lyleg and the service providers that support our store may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain transaction and business records, comply with tax and legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected and the requirements that apply.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Our store is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
